Scope Construction was launched by two Directors, who were simultaneously working across the UK on large-scale commercial projects. Initially, the company was set up to service the maintenance and low-scale refurbishment of student properties in Loughborough. Our appoach to every project soon became recognised by more than the owners of student properties. Scope rapidly flourished when private clients approached us for their own renovation projects. The company continues to go from strength-to-strength, delivering high quality residential and commercial schemes, providing clients with bespoke, professional services delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality.

Maz Patel
Maz has over 12 years’ experience in the Construction and Built Environment Industry. Graduating from Nottingham Trent University in Construction Management, Maz worked for a large plc, delivering projects up to £100m in London for international blue chip clients and has delivered high-end fit-out projects across the Midlands. Winning several prestigious awards, Maz now focuses on the commercial aspects, tailoring specifications to client requirements and delivering exceptional customer service.
Paz Patel
Paz has over 12 years’ experience across many construction sectors. Graduating from Sheffield Hallam University, Paz has a degree in Construction Commercial Management, completing the graduate programme with a ISG plc. He has delivered large industrial schemes, larger multi-use residential schemes, and educational institution projects. Winning several national delivery awards, Paz now focuses on ensuring projects are managed and delivered to the highest standards, in line with Scope specifications.
