Working with HSSP Architects Limited, the scheme marks the continuation of an existing development (Phase 1 being completed in 2022). Our client, Moores Estate Agents, who own and manage the site, occupy the adjacent unit (pictured).  The second unit will mirror this, with a steel frame construction, using local Clipsham/Ancaster stone mix and incorporating a mezzanine floor.

Completion is expected in Q1 2026.
