Last week Scope Construction completed Phase 1 repair and restoration works to Regent House, a Grade 2 Listed serviced office building in Leicester.

Together with rg+p the project involved façade treatment and dilapidation repairs, including timber sash window restoration, extensive render repairs, sensitive external structural repairs and quoins replacement/shuttering. Working in a live, operational city centre location, the car park and building remained accessible throughout and careful sequencing was important. With multiple scaffold lifts, it was delivered in 5 elevations: North, West, South (1), South (2) and East.

The end result is a stunning transformation.  Work has started on phase 2, which will see us repair/replace drainage, undertake structural repairs to the roof and install new single ply roof coverings.
