Scope Construction is delighted to announce that it has been appointed  by North West Leicestershire District Council to Design and Build 6 new affordable homes in Measham on the site of a former sheltered housing complex.

🏠 Four 2 bedroom homes
🏠 One 3 bedroom home
🏠 One 1 bedroom bungalow

The scheme will be our first scheme for North West Leicestershire District Council and Michael Dyson Associates.  We will be working with Architects HLP and Civil and Structural Engineers BSP Consulting to deliver the scheme, which is due to start on site in August.

It is great to be contributing to the council’s plans to make more high-quality, affordable housing available for the local community.  The contract marks another milestone in our growth in the affordable housing sector across the East Midlands and as a local contractor, we hope it will be the first of many in North West Leicestershire.
