Scope Construction Ltd, is delighted to announce that it has been appointed to Leicestershire County Council’s Minor Works Framework: Construction 2024 for schemes ranging from £100,000 to £2,500,000. The new Framework, which officially launched on 1st October 2025, will run for up to 4 years.

Scope Construction will be one of four contractors providing construction services, through the Framework, across the council's property portfolio including; corporate properties, SEND schools and listed buildings. Projects will include new build, extensions, refurbishment and adaptations.

It will also be available for other public sector bodies to procure building projects across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire with Local Authority, NHS and Academy Trust clients all eligible to access the Framework.
