Scope construction is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to deliver our third project for Leicester City Council following the successful delivery of the Winstanley Families Together Centre and the new build Hillview children's home.

The latest scheme is the re-roofing of 16 industrial units in two blocks, at Gorse Hill Industrial Estate, Leicester, whilst the site remains operational. Works will be phased during the spring and summer months to minimise disruption to tenant businesses and are scheduled for completion in Autumn 2026.
