Work is progressing well on Scope Construction’s site in Atherstone. The part refurbishment and part new build scheme to provide 20 affordable homes, is being delivered in collaboration with Cornerstone Partnership for North Warwickshire Borough Council through a turnkey development agreement.

Due for completion in Autumn 2026, the scheme will see the regeneration of a former office building into 14 affordable flats and 6 new build, two-bedroom homes to the rear and will incorporate a number of energy efficiency measures. Currently, on the existing building, internal strip out is complete, with first fix started throughout and the roof has been removed to the rear to prepare for new attic trusses.

Whilst on the new build, the foundations and substructure are in. Watch this space for further updates as the project progresses in 2026.
