Design and Build. Conversion of an 8,000 Sq. Ft. former office building into 14 affordable apartments (EPC C Rated) and construction of 6 terraced affordable new build mews houses (EPC A Rated) in the former car park to the rear. The turnkey scheme will be owned and managed by North Warwickshire Borough Council for affordable rent.

The site is in a prominent town centre location and Grade II Listed, close liaison with the council’s heritage and conservation officer has been required throughout.
The development is in partnership with Cornerstone to deliver a turnkey project to provide homes for North Warwickshire Borough Council.
Scope employed at RIBA Stage 4 to project manage the development of technical design.
The scheme was phased due to an archaeological watching brief in the rear car park, with both phases now underway.
New Builds will be EPC A Rated incorporating, 150mm Cavity Wall Insulation, Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pumps.
